DELIVERY
All items will be dispatched within 48 hours in normal circumstances (excluding bank holidays and weekends)
Ireland
Free delivery within all 32 counties for orders over €60
Standard Irish delivery – For orders under €60 within all 32 counties costs €6.50
UK
All Orders – Delivery cost €15.00
Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery to reach you.
ALL other EU countries
Orders €0-€100 before tax – Delivery cost €15
Orders over €100 before tax – Delivery is FREE
Please allow 5-10 working days for your delivery to reach you.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by initiating a return directly through your customer account: [insert your customer accounts URL here].
Once you have submitted your withdrawal request, please return the items to us promptly and no later than 14 days after notifying us.
We will process your refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods, such as sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (which may apply to some of our skincare and body care products). Please check your specific order for applicable exceptions.
USA & Canada
Due to very high shipping costs, we will no longer be posting to the USA and Canada.
Please view the US & Canada tab in the Stockists section on our site, as there are a few options there.
RETURN POLICY:
After your purchase has been delivered, you have 7 days to return your goods with a full refund. Products must be returned in unopened original packaging. Refunds will be made via the payment method originally used, minus shipping costs.
DAMAGED GOODS:
Damaged or faulty goods must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your purchase. You have 14 days to return your damaged or faulty goods for an exchange or refund. Dublin Herbalist is not responsible for any damaged or faulty goods not reported in 24 hours. Damaged goods can be delivered by register post to:

Dublin Herbalists is not responsible for any package lost in transit and advise you to use register shipping for returned products. Postage for damaged/faulty goods returned is covered by Dublin Herbalists. This does not affect your statutory rights.
CANCELLATIONS:
